Due to hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items.

Please ensure you select the correct products, sizes, and quantities before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Pickup Orders: No returns or exchanges are allowed once order has been picked up. We can only return or change items that have not been picked up by the customer yet.
