Her Pretty Lash ships orders via third-party carriers. Once an order is marked as “delivered,” Her Pretty Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier directly for shipping issues. Her Pretty Lash is not responsible for delivery timeframes. The carrier is responsible for when your package arrives. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders sent to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility, including any additional shipping fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Her Pretty Lash does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, for hygienic reasons. Defective or damaged items are addressed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Her Pretty Lash.
